The Company is composed of three shareholders namely Mr. Revocatus Mwita, Mrs Sophia Mwita and Mr. January Kyariga. The Company has well qualified and experience management team led by a dedicated, experienced entrepreneur who is the Chief Executive Office and the Chairman of Board of Director Mr. Revocatus Mwita.

There are six departments in the company which are comprised of veterinary Drugs, Human medicine, Vaccine, Equipment, Chemicals, and Radiology. The Company has a work force of about 55 Professionals in various discipline namely six pharmacists, three veterinary doctors, ten pharm-technicians, two chemical engineers, three radiologists, three certified accountants, three stock verifiers and many other supporting staff.
